Nesta Reps Meeting 14.12.09 Present: Kate Laws, Laura Hailstone, Hayley Fawcett, Beth Anderson, Deborah Anderson, Cathy Power, Rachel Leisk, James Faraday Apologies:                                                                                                                              Nicola Head 1. Minutes of  last Meeting: Accepted. 2. Regional Managers' Meeting: Meeting November 2009. Discussed CPD across the region and ways to streamline this and work with SIGs. Nothing conclusive agreed. Next meeting planned for the new year. 3. Roles and Constitution:  Due to changes in NESTA it is felt that these have become dated. All committee members asked to look at their roles and amend as appropriate. 4. Upcoming Courses: Healthy bank account at present therefore it was agreed: -          Subsidise courses with broad appeal -          Previously agreed to waver admin fee – to check this is removed from Reps pack and website -          Reps to send copies of costings to Lyn Donaghy and Kate Laws when organising courses as keen to heavily subsidise courses 5.
